The 13th Jeju International Brass & Percussion Competition We give a hearty welcome to all of you coming for the 13rd Jeju International Brass & Percussion Competition. Please read and understand the below information carefully for your competition schedule. Competition Schedule ￭Application Due : May 1, 2018(Tue) ~ May 31, 2018(Thu) ￭On-Site Registration: Aug 7, 2018(Tue) By 12:00 ￭Rehearsal : Aug 7, 2018(Tue) ~ Aug 8, 2018(Wed) ￭1st Preliminary : Aug 9, 2018(Thu) / Bass Trombone, Euphonium Aug 10, 2018(Fri) / Tuba, Percussion ￭2nd Preliminary : Aug 11, 2018(Sat) / Bass Trombone, Euphonium Aug 12, 2018(Sun) / Tuba, Percussion ￭Final : Aug 13, 2018(Mon) 14:00 / Bass Trombone, Euphonium Aug 14, 2018(Tue) 14:00 / Tube, Percussion ￭Celebration Concert(Parade) : Aug 15, 2018(Wed) ￭Awards Ceremony & Winners’ Concert : Aug 16, 2018(Thu) Registration & Accommodation -Registration & Accommodation : Best One Hotel ( Shin buk ro 443, Jo cheon eup, Jeju-si) *Jeju Airport <-> Accommodation By Taxi : 15~20 mins By Bus : 20~30 mins ( Bus Information http://bus.jeju.go.kr/search/route ) -On-site Registration : By Aug 7, 2018(Tue) *Please register before rehearsal starts for meeting to fix rehearsal schedule with accompanist. -Accommodation : Aug 7, 2018(Tue) ~ Aug 16, 2018(Thu) Check-out By 13:00 Aug 17, 2018(Fri) -Breakfast : Aug 8, 2018(Wed) ~ Aug 17, 2018(Fri) -Staying for additional nights : Participants is responsible for the additional nights before designated night(Aug 6) and after designated night(Aug 17). (about 40,000~60,000 Korean Won per night) *Refund Regulation : Accommodation fee is refundable, but there is cancellation fee. (Designated nights starts Aug 7, 2018) *Before 15 days 100%, 14 days~8 days 70%, 7 days~3 days 50%, non-refundable other than these conditions. Accompanist & Companion ￭If participant assigned an official accompanist, accompanist will be assigned by Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival Organizing Committee. Participants also may company with personal accompanist. ￭Accompany with a personal accompanist and companion -If you plan to bring a personal accompanist with you, please enter the accompanist’s personal information in the online application system under accompanist selection section. If you decided to bring a personal accompanist after you have submitted the application, update new information on the application. Please send us the information at (bandfestival@hanmail.net) when you are not able to update accompanist’s information (name, gender, nationality, phone, e-mail, arrival and departure date, profile photo, copy of passport). -Please pay additional 250,000 Korean Won by June 30, 2018 for each personal accompanist or companion who wish to stay in the official dormitory for the competition. *Please confirm your personal accompanist and companion’s status by June 30, 2018. *Please enter your companion information under the ‘Participation information’ section in the online application. Registration Flight Information ￭Enter your flight information(including your arrival and departure date with the flight number) under the participation information section. Your flight information will be used for assigning your room, preparing your rehearsal schedule, and other purpose related to preparing the competition. Others -Notices regarding the competition will be posted on the competition website under ‘Application-Notice’. -Personal notice : Check ‘Personal Notice’ or “Participation Info’ in the online application system. -For any inquiries, please leave message through ‘Q&A’ section under ‘Application’ on our website. |
