Dear all participant.

We will notify you of the announcement of Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival Organizing Committee. Those of you who are attending the meeting please check all the details and contact us for confirmation.
If any of the above applies to you, please contact us (+8264 722-8704), or post on the Q & A section of the Jeju International Wind Ensemble website (http://www.jiwef.org) until July 7th.

1) Accommodation related
-If you are staying at a place other than the accommodation arranged by us.

2) Accompanist related
- If you are bringing your own accompanist

3) Travel information related
-If you have not submitted your travel information online (entering & leaving Jeju)

4) Profile related
- If you have not completed your profile and have not submitted your profile picture

5) Deposits
- If you wire transfer money from abroad, a commission may be charged from the bank. However, our committee is NOT responsible for the fee. Your application fee may not been paid fully after the bank charged the commission fee, and that may have caused you to not received the confirmed status for the competition. Partial depositors and non-depositors for the application fee can check their status in their own individual announcement section. Please review your application status.
And If you want, You can come here and pay the fee to only dollars. (can not koran won)

- In addition, all inquiries are received online through the Q & A section of our website. You can also check the individual announcements at the Jeju International Wind Music Festival website> Competition Application> Individual Notice.

-If you do not update or give us any further information, your accommodation, accompanist, and the order of the rehearsal will be decided randomly by the committee. Our committee will NOT be responsible for any disadvantage that you may receive.
