경연 영상 제출기준 □ 영상 제출 기간: 7월 6일(월)~7월 24일(금) 24:00 (한국시간 기준) □ 영상 접수 방법 - 업로드방법: 유튜브 업로드 후 링크주소 메일로 발송 - 업로드 파일명 (예: 유포니움_1차_Joseph Turrin Concert Piece No. 1_대한민국_홍길동) - 부문별 링크주소 발송 메일주소 유포니움: JEJUIBC2020Euphonium@gmail.com 베이스 트롬본: JEJUIBC2020Basstrombone@gmail.com 튜바: JEJUIBC2020Tuba@gmail.com 타악기: JEJUIBC2020Percussion@gmail.com □ 영상 업로드 규정_ 1 - 타악기를 제외한 모든 부문의 경연은 피아노 반주가 포함되어야 함 - 경연곡은 개별 파일로 구성되어 업로드 해야 함 - 경연곡은 곡 전체가 녹화되어야 함 - 일자, 국적, 성명 언급 후 연주 (예: **년 **월 **일 / 저는 (국적)의 (성명)입니다.) - 고정된 카메라 앵글에서 녹화한 영상이어야 함 - 연주하는 동안 연주자의 손과 얼굴 그리고 반주자가 나와야 함 - 2020년 1월 1일 이후 녹화된 것이어야 함 - 제출한 영상에서 편집 흔적이 발견될 시 실격처리 □ 영상 업로드 규정_ 2 - 1개 파일 기준: 1GB~3GB - File Format(파일 형식): mp4 참가비 안내 □ 입금 기간: 7월 6일(월)~7월 24일(금) 24:00 (한국시간 기준) □ 참가비: 한화 5만원 (₩50,000) - 참가 희망자는 영상 제출과 함께 참가비를 지불해야 합니다.(은행수수료 본인부담) - 참가비는 어떠한 경우에도 반환되지 않습니다. □ 계좌안내 - 은행명: 제주은행 - 계좌번호: 15-01-175939 - 예금주: 제주국제관악제조직위원회 How to submit Video Recordings for 15th Jeju International Brass & Percussion Competition of 2020 Submission of Video Recording for Audition □ Submission period of video recording - July 6 (Mon) - July 24 (Fri) 24:00 KST (Korean Standard Time) □ How to upload Video recordings - After uploading your video recordings on YouTube Channel, send the link address to organizing committee by email stated below - Title of a file uploaded should be as follows (e.g: Discipline_1st round_Title of a piece_Country_Name) - List of e-mail address for each category Euphonium: JEJUIBC2020Euphonium@gmail.com Bass Trombone: JEJUIBC2020Basstrombone@gmail.com Tuba: JEJUIBC2020Tuba@gmail.com Percussion: JEJUIBC2020Percussion@gmail.com □ Requirement on Video recordings_ 1 - A piano accompaniment is required for every solo piece in video recording except for percussion discipline - Each piece from the required repertoire should be recorded in a separate file and be uploaded. - Pieces must be recorded in their entirety and have to be UNEDITED (no cuts) - The date when the recording is being conducted and nationality&name of a participant should be mentioned before starting performance for recording (For example: you might say“It is (date &month &year), I am (name) from (country)” - The video should be filmed from a fixed camera angle - Musician’s hands and face must be entirely visible at all time during performing - The video recording should be made after January 1st of 2020 - If any sign of cut(edit) on the submitted video recording is detected, the participant is disqualified. □ Requirement on video recording_ 2 – Technical specification - For each file: 1GB~3GB - File Format: mp4 Application Fee □ Payment period - July 6 (Mon) - July 24 (Fri) 24:00 KST (Korean Standard Time) □ Application fee: 50,000 KRW - Applicants should pay the application fee when submitting video recordings (All bank charges related to the international transfer are to be paid by the applicants in addition to the application fee) - The application fee is not refundable. □ Bank details - Bank Name: Jeju Bank - Account name: JIWEFOC (Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival Organizing Committee) - Account number: 15-01-175939 - SWIFT Code: JJBKKR22 - Bank Address: 90, Ohyeon-gil, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, Republic of Korea |
