QLetter of Recommendation
A
 * For secondary students: to be issued by the principal of his/her school 
 * For university students: to be issued by a music professor who has instructed him/her
 * For non-students: to be issued by the chairperson of the concerned organization or by the chairperson of the local wind music association
QApplication Fee
A
When the application form is submitted, it is registered.
Application fee: 200 USD
* Payment must be completed within 7 days after the date of application. All bank charges must be paid by the applicant. The application will only be confirmed after the full amount of the participation fee stated above is transferred.
(If the fee is automatically deducted during remittance and the deposited amount is less than $200, participation will not be confirmed as fully paid. Please verify the exact amount with the bank to ensure no deposit omissions occur.)
* The application fee is not refundable.

QApplication Inquiry and Editing Information

To review or edit your application information, visit our website's [Application > Login] page.
You can log in to your application by entering the email and password you used when creating your application.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset by contacting the organizing committee. (jiwef@naver.com)

After viewing or editing your details, you can temporarily save your information by clicking 'Save',
or submit your application by clicking 'Apply'.

If you click 'Save', your application will be saved temporarily, and the status will remain 'Creating'.
While the status is 'Creating', you can access the 'Login' page to edit your information until the deadline.

If you click 'Apply', your application will be submitted, and the status will change to 'Applied'.
Once the status is 'Applied', you cannot edit or revert your information and status.
If you need to edit your information after submission, contact the organizing committee.
(Please note that no changes can be made to application information after June 30, 2024.)
QApplication Cancellation
A
Cancellation of your application can be requested through ‘Application Inquiry’. You are able to complete cancellation by 
yourself when your status is ‘Creating' or ‘Apply’ of Application(A) during application due but when your status is Approval(B), you must 
request cancellation to Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival Organizing Committee.

-Your Photo(Upload JPG or PNG file) : Official profile photo to be used for website and books
 ※ Your passport photo or ID photo is preferable.
 ※ Size of the photo should be horizontal 1280 x 1280 pixels

 -Scanned Passport : Upload low-byte(below 1MB) file.
