This is the JIBC Organizing Committee. This notification is to inform participants prior to the competition. 1. Competition Schedule & etc 1) On-site Registration This procedure is to confirm attendance and distribute ID cards for each participant. For on-site registration, please bring your passport or a copy of your passport for verification. - Participants without an ID card cannot enter the waiting room and other participant-only areas at the competition venue. - If you lose your ID card, it can be reissued upon verification. (passport or copy of passport needed) The registration period starts on August 6th, with the detailed schedule as follows: Official Accommodation (Jeju University Student Dormitory): August 6 (Tue) 9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM August 7 (Wed) 9:00 AM ~ 12:00 PM (Noon) Participants who ① fail to register within this period or ② do not stay at the official accommodation, should inquire with on-site staff at the competition venue during the soundcheck period for additional registration. 2) Competition ■ Schedule and Venue Please check [Information > Schedule] on our website for the competition schedule and venue for each category. ■ Performance Order and Accompanist Assignment The performance order for the main competition and the official accompanists was randomly assigned. The performance order for the soundcheck was first randomly assigned, and then assigned considering the conditions of each venue and the need for efficient operations. ■ Soundcheck All participants are given two rehearsal sessions to perform at the competition venue before the main competition: ① One Stage soundcheck ② One Practice room session. Please refer to the attached file for detailed soundcheck schedules for each category. ■ 1st & 2nd Preliminary The detailed schedule for the main competition will be finalized after August 8th, following the jury’s meeting. ■ Important Notes Please note that violating the following rules may be considered cheating or affect your participation in the competition. - Always wear your ID card to ensure access to the stage and practice rooms during the soundcheck and competition periods. - You may not enter the stage or practice rooms outside your assigned time without the on-site staff's permission. - Inform your family or friends not to enter participant areas. - Participants must receive an on-site safety briefing based on the environment of each performance venue before going on stage. - Any actions that disturb other performers from the audience, such as making noise or engaging in unpleasant behaviour, are strictly prohibited. (Offenders may be thrown out by on-site staff immediately) - Food and beverages are not allowed on the stage or in the waiting room areas. Only water in plastic bottles is allowed. ■ Etc If you have any physical injuries or disabilities or need special accommodations, please let us know in advance and we will take it into consideration. 2. Regarding Official Accommodation The official accommodation is arranged at the Jeju University Student Dormitory, and shuttle buses will operate between the dormitory and competition venues. Detailed usage guidelines will be announced later. According to the Jeju University Dormitory regulations, the following restrictions may apply: - Playing musical instruments is not allowed inside the dormitory. - Male and female dormitories may be separated. - Access may be restricted during late-night hours past midnight.
