How to submit video recording for the finals

○ How to submit video recording -The finalists should live stream their performance through YouTube Channel on the date and time approved by organizing committee. After the performance they should submit the video recording (high-quality image) by email within 2 hours of completing the performance. The email address the video recordings should be submitted are as follows. Euphonium: jejuibc2020euphonium@gmail.com Bass Trombone : jejuibc2020basstrombone@gmail.com Tuba : jejuibc2020tuba@gmail.com Percussion : jejuibc2020percussion@gmail.com - The date and time when the finalists live stream their performance should be confirmed by the organizing committee by October 12th (Mon) - Each repertoire should be recorded as entirety. - Participants should mention his or her name, nationality and the date of the performance before starting the performance (For example: “ I am (name) from (nationality), performing on (date and time)) - The performance should be recorded through fixed camera angle and the hands and the face of competitors should be visible in video recording through the performance. - Both the pianist and soloist should be seen in view in the one-camera recording. - There should be only one attempt at the full performance. There should be no breaks at all in the performance or video so that the entire concerto is heard, including the gaps between the movements. - If any cut or editing is detected in the video recordings, the competitor is disqualified from the competition. |
